Legal

This site holds the legal documents covering everything I run under rednecksnailspit.co.za — the rules for using my services, what data I collect and why, and the licensing terms for the software I publish.

Who I am

I'm an independent, self-taught developer and systems administrator based in South Africa, operating under the name RedNeckSnailSpit (RNSS). I build and self-host a number of personal and open-source projects — small web apps, game servers, and supporting infrastructure — as an individual, not as a registered company. Where a document on this site refers to "the provider," "I," or "we," it means me personally, operating these services.
